Located in the outskirts of Plaka village of Apokoronas county, and 150 meters away from the seashore, Villa Nicolas is an amazing combination of mountain living and sea views. Guests who enjoy their privacy, quiet, nature and a slower pace, will find their piece of heaven here.

The Villa

Villa Nicolas is an outstanding property, boasting so much more than just a holiday home. Spread in two floors, measuring about 200m² of indoor surface, there are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 guests, a sofa bed for an extra guest, large surrounding premises with a 200m² garden and a 40m² private pool framed by panoramic sea views. Fitness – multipurpose room, a pool table, BBQ area, etc are the features that make I stand out from other neighboring villas.

Facilities

Villa Nicolas is built in a well-thought design plan in order to accommodate the needs of a family of larger groups of friends. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a lounge and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms and a second, shared bathroom. On the ground level there is also big, furnished veranda together with a 200m² garden, a large swimming pool and a parking lot. The view from every side of the house is spectacular!

As a guest of Villa Nicolas, we strongly suggest you explore the wider area, do participate in daily excursions and plan some awesome trekking trips. The area is renowned for the trails and the breathtaking scenery will reward the effort. Besides the many outdoor activities that one may engage with, there is one particural that stands out and that is scuba diving at the Elephant’s Cave, which is a breath away from the villa.

Located in Plaka village of the Apokoronas County, between Chania and Rethymno and on the foothills of the White Mountains, Villa Nicolas is the perfect choice for an authentic Cretan countryside experience. It is found at 29km away from Chania city center, however access is easy and direct.
